Create a new database

Start working within minutes

Minimal initial configuration needed in order to start operating. The quick and easy setup will install IncoPOS on your system in just a few minutes.

1. Simply start the application, enter the server connection parameters and the database name you wish to use.

2. Click Create to create a new database.

2.1 You can create a new blank database and start adding information about your company items locations and partners and start working immediately.

2.2 Or you can create a sample database to see some of the possible scenarios in which IncoPOS can be used and evaluate our product as quick as possible.

IncoPOS uses very efficiently the system resources and utilizes the speed and optimizations provided by Microsoft .NET Framework and MySQL Server. This makes it possible to run on slower computers which are low on system resources. Approximate system requirements are:

- Windows 2000 - 128 MB RAM, 300 MB hard disk space, 500 MHz CPU

- Windows XP - 128 MB RAM, 300 MB hard disk space, 500 MHz CPU

- Windows Vista - 768 MB RAM, 300 MB hard disk space, 1 GHz CPU

- Windows 7 - 1 GB RAM, 300 MB hard disk space, 1 GHz CPU

Protect your investment with an open source system

The core of IncoPOS is and will always stay open source. You get a copy of the source code with each installation of IncoPOS. IncoPOS is written in C# and uses .NET, and a flexible add-on engine called Mono.Addins which allows easy addition of new functionality. Any software developer able to write code in C# can extend the system and add new functionality to it.
